Solbjerg has enlarged the tines and cultivator range with new models fitting the most popular Kongskilde cultivator machines. In S-tines or Danish tines, Solbjerg has developed the Vibro-S tine with 32x10,5 profile, the vibro SP with 32x10 profile, the Vibro Super-Q with 32x12 profile and the VTM-tine with 50 x10 profile. All these tines can be fitted with reversible share or with goose foot share. In Vibro tines, Solbjerg has developed the VF tine and VFM tine.
Solbjerg is specialized in tailor made products and is the reference manufacturer for Scandinavian farm equipment manufacturers. All the tines are manufactured with specific integral heat treatment and are pre-tensioned. This process eliminates the first deformations, so the tines maintain the initial shape and therefore are able to provide a consistent job in the field. Besides, all tines are powder painted with UVA protection for long resistance.
All cultivators are manufactured with boron steel and have a homogeneous hardness all along the cultivator with an integral hardening that avoids deformations and ruptures. All this uniformity is guaranteed by strict quality controls on the production process. Solbjerg clamps are forged and heat-treated for more resistance. This Kongskilde range completes the large range of tines that Solbjerg offers in the catalogue, with more than 100 different models in profile and shape. Solbjerg offers in its catalogue a complete range of s-tines, track looseners, stubble tines and leveling tines for cultivators.
Some models of this Kongskilde range were presented for the first time in the SIMA exhibition of Paris. Solbjerg will be also present in the coming Agritechnica Show in Hall 11 A11 which is the main Hall for soil preparation and seeding farm equipment.
