The month of January is expected to be an awesome month full of great desires and enthusiasm by all workers of Bellota (India). Once a year the enterprise celebrates the Bellota’s Day aiming to ameliorate the relationships between workers through different activities, not only related to their workplace, but also to their spare time.
Concerning this year’s celebration, the event took place in Sinnar on January 27th, where more than 50 workers did not lose their opportunity to participate in it. The party started after lunch time, when the Cricket match gained all the attention and it lasted until dinner time.
After the match, all the workers had time to meet for a delicious dinner, where they congratulated the winning team of the match. Moreover, they had time to focus on other annual awards as well, such as: the best performance, the best engineer, the best project support, the best team work and the best operator. As usual, the prizes were distributed by the director of Belllota Agrisolutions and Tools India, Mr. Olivier Guibourg.
Over all, we all consider that celebrating the Bellota’s Day in India is essential for workers’ motivation and, what is more, for strengthening the relationships between them.
